• We use any contact information that we collect through the ordering process including direct mail, email, or phone numbers expressly for
  the purpose of corresponding with the customer regarding their images and their order.

• We do not sell, license, or in anyway share our contact data with outside third parties.

• Herff Jones’ website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption during its ordering process. Your billing information is transmitted securely to our merchant account processor and cannot be compromised through this process.

• We use only your billing information to authorize and charge your credit card number during check out. We do not retain billing information which would permit additional charges on your credit card by either Herff Jones Photography or any other party.
